To all new COLOR guests, when booking please book a color consultation. There is a $15 fee to book your consultation that will be applied to your services upon completion. We require a consultation first in order to make sure that we book the appropriate amount of time for your service, to make sure all of your expectations are met and exceded! Some of these services may require a deposit in order to schedule an appointment with your provider.
Cancellation policy
At Nový our salon booking and cancellation policy are intended to ensure that we have the opportunity to fill in any last minute availability for all our guests.
In order to help facilitate smooth booking and cancellation of appointments made, we require a credit card on file when booking your service. If a deposit is required for your appointment, the deposit amount will be applied to the final total for your services on your appointment date.
We understand that emergencies and issues in life arise. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice. If you fail to notify us or not show up for your scheduled appointment, please understand that this may result in a charge of up to 50% of your scheduled service. The cancelleation fee and any service fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file.
If you need to cancel because of a personal or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we can decide how best to proceed.
